Found a comment from them on Eva Bartlett’s blog while doing a reverse image search on Yandex.

I have to figure out how they’re bypassing the block and re-block them.  This spam tactic is likely to try shutting down my WordPress.  One just has to look through their blog posts to know that they’re no fan of Russia, so why would they ‘like’ my pro-Putin posts?
